Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving organizational success and achieving our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
* Select and develop senior staff
* Establish financial and administrative controls

Work Environment:

* On-site work required
* No remote work option

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to represent the organization in official functions
