Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Transportation Program Management Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation services for our clients, working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of programs and services. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate transportation services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement program plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing data to inform decision-making
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A post-secondary diploma in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, social work)
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in program management or coordination
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
VON Canada offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
