Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Guide customers through the banking process, including opening new accounts, applying for loans, and investing in financial products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, providing expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
