  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assembly of Trays: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a food service environment is desirable.
