As a member of our Long Term Care team, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physiotherapist to provide physical therapy interventions and support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy interventions and support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist clients with daily living activities and provide emotional support
- Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized Diploma level Rehabilitation Assistant Program with Physical therapy components
- One year's recent, related experience working with the target population or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
