Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Edo Japan Tsawwassen. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Cook (general)
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Japanese cuisine
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is located in an urban area and is a fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
