Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Boston Group Scott Rd Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
