We are a leading construction company specializing in complex building projects within the Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and direct all operational aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to lead teams to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee ICI construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet project specifications.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication among project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management within a General Contractor in the ICI sector.
  • Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction law and building codes.
  • Knowledge of Procore and MS office software.
  • Knowledge of the Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
