Senior Analyst, Commercial Strategy & Performance

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Centre of Excellence team at Pernod Ricard España SA. As a Senior Analyst, Commercial Strategy & Performance, you will play a critical role in supporting our ambition to profitably beat the market through ongoing analysis of our Commercial performance and the development of recommended actions and frameworks to evolve our performance outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Director Commercial Strategy and Performance with detailed analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain National and regional Commercial performance scorecards of Commercial KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor depletions of all Allocated products and coordinate plans to resolve issues.
  • Provide ongoing reconciliation of Shipments to OTCs for various stakeholders across the Commercial team.
  • Support industry forecasts across Spirits, Wine & RTD categories and develop provisional regional forecasts for innovation/new product launches.
  • Monitor listing status and national/regional performance vs KPIs for innovation products.
  • Provide analytical support to the Market-Customer & Brand Teams.
  • Partner with Brand and Execution teams to develop best-practice for in-store execution standards.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytic mindset with ability to interpret market performance and trends.
  • Strong technical knowledge in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Market Insights/Analytics preferred.
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, understanding of the Spirits & Wine industry is an asset.
