In the Northwest Territories, we are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who want to make a significant impact in a unique and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Northwest Territories, you will provide direct nursing care to adult and/or pediatric patients requiring immediate medical treatment. You will use a problem-solving approach and work in accordance with professional nursing practice standards, guidelines, and scope to facilitate individualized nurse care to patients.

You will act as a patient advocate and facilitate communication between the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team. This will result in a holistic approach to planning, organizing, teaching, and relationship development that meets the needs of the patient.
