Security Operations Manager

Fortress Security Guard Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security guards and clients.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Train and develop security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security or law enforcement environment.
- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with security guards, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Ability to work a 32-hour workweek, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
