Primary Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Primary Care Assistant to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Primary Care Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Primary Care providers and interprofessional teams in delivering safe, efficient, and quality primary care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Primary Care providers and interprofessional teams
- Assist with clinic operations and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Perform other related duties as required
- Grade 12
- Graduation from an Office Assistant Course from an accredited Community College plus two years recent, related experience in a healthcare setting
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
