Job Description

At Smokin Samosa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.
  • Monitor revenue streams and labor costs to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and training.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of business plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to stand for extended periods. We offer a competitive salary, bonus, and free parking.

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
