The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Service knowledge, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in vendor & asset management (hardware & software) and prior experience managing a team. Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset, and certification in Software Management Professional and/or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional is also desirable.

As a Vendor and Asset Management Lead, you'll oversee and lead the Vendor and Asset Management team, ensuring they're performing their roles effectively and efficiently. You'll be responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with key strategic vendors, establishing a 3-year vendor roadmap, and developing a comprehensive understanding of major contracts.

You'll also be responsible for managing Infrastructure Services' assets lifecycle and ensuring compliance using corporate tools as a single source of truth (inventory). Additionally, you'll provide visibility on our current base and forecast for IFC and RSA, conduct data analysis related to cost allocation, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and other related metrics.
