Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems for residential customers.">
  • Conduct general inspections, including preventative maintenance of all types of appliances for residential users.">
  • Respond to and manage HVAC service calls and work orders in a timely manner.">
  • Conduct assessments, document findings, and upload details for work orders.">
  • Install and configure HVAC-related components as needed.">
  • Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for HVAC system improvements.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, ensuring optimal performance.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC maintenance/repair.">
  • A valid driver's license and suitable vehicle for transporting equipment.">
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and practices.">
  • Organizational skills with effective communication abilities.">
  • Independent and team-working capabilities.">
  • Availability for rotating shifts and standby duties.">
  • Physical capability to perform required tasks (lifting 25 kg, bending, squatting).">
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.">
  • A smartphone (iPhone) for job-related communications.">
