Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
