Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
