Job Title: Department Manager - Cosmetics and Beauty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to lead our Cosmetics and Beauty department at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Management: Direct and manage the daily operations of the Cosmetics and Beauty department, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and presentations to showcase products and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the cosmetics and beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
