The Research Team

Our research team works closely with cross-functional partners to drive innovation and growth. We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of our products.

As a key member of our research team, you'll be responsible for conducting research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Your expertise will help inform product decisions, drive business growth, and shape the future of solar energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct generative and evaluative research studies to inform product decisions
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain research infrastructure and governance
  • Prioritize, plan, and execute research projects
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research with a proven track record of impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong portfolio of previous work
  • Passion for technology and its impact on human behavior
