Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our candidate pool. As a UX Researcher, you will facilitate clients in driving change and delivering value using customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary UX research to inform design decisions
  • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for Service Design, UX, and UI design
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of accessibility and usability principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in design, with at least 2 years of experience conducting UX research
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Mockflow, and Miro
  • A valid work permit to work in Canada, if not a Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Prior experience with the Canadian Federal Government, or active security clearance to work for the Canadian Federal Government
  • Bilingual (French and English)
