Kitchen Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of experience to work in a restaurant setting. Key responsibilities include determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, and managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Cost Control: Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability.
- Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory and records.
- Culinary Skills: Prepare and cook meals and individual dishes to high standards.
- Kitchen Inspection: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Supply Chain: Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Management: Manage kitchen operations and supervise staff to achieve goals.
Cuisine Specialties: South Indian, East Indian
Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, work under pressure
Personal Suitability: Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, team player
Additional Information: Free parking available.
Work Details: 30-40 hours per week, permanent, English language.
