About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex interdependent technological projects and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully making a positive impact in their previous career.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, lead, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of complex projects and deliverables.
  2. Work collaboratively with experienced project managers, software developers, and specialists.
  3. Lead initiatives that involve business/technology transformation and organizational change.
  4. Manage budgets and minimize overhead for teams while providing maximum visibility to all stakeholders.
  5. Create project deliverables and define the level of quality, timelines, resources, and budget.
  6. Recognize key project team members, roles, and organizational structure to ensure team members are aligned and project expectations are defined.
  7. Oversee project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor project progress.
  8. Examine project interdependencies, identify project risks, and establish and implement a mitigation plan.
  9. Develop project management artifacts while complying with enterprise policies and procedures.
  10. Be the primary point of contact for a variety of projects.
  11. Provide proactive leadership and direction to junior project managers and delivery teams.
Requirements
  1. 7-10 years of experience working as a Release/Project Manager in R&D and/or Enterprise Software Product Development.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or experience in a related field.
  3. Experience of minimum 5 years working in change management/risk management/process management.
  4. Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise mobility solutions and technical software projects.
  5. Experience in agile software development methodology and in-depth understanding of software development and product life cycle.
  6. Proficient in project management methodologies and JIRA.
  7. Experienced in handling large-scale interdependent technological projects, using a variety of tools such as release dashboards, metrics, and pivot tables.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing conflicts and working with a cross-functional team.
  9. Experience in Scaled Agile Framework will be considered an asset.
