Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Controller to join our team in Mississauga & Waterloo offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs on one or multiple projects for Rail and Transit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project metrics, including earned value, CPI, and SPI.
- Coordinate with the project team to produce and update control budgets, cost reports, and cost and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure project revenue enhancement opportunities are maximized through systematic interface between change management, prime contract management, scheduling, and cost control teams.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow projections and manage working capital.
- Track all time and cost changes affecting the performance of the prime contract and subcontracts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within project controls in a design environment.
- Experience managing projects in a DB/P3 environment and working within a Joint Venture (JV).
- Experience working with data analytics software and enterprise software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
