Project Cost Controller

We are seeking a skilled Project Cost Controller to join our team of globally connected specialists. As a key member of our Rail and Transit team, you will be responsible for managing project costs on one or multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project metrics, including earned value, CPI, and SPI
- Coordinate with the project team to produce and update control budgets, cost reports, and cost and revenue forecasts
- Ensure project revenue enhancement opportunities are maximized through systematic interface between change management, prime contract management, scheduling, and cost control teams
- Prepare and maintain cash flow projections and manage working capital
- Track all time and cost changes affecting the performance of the prime contract and subcontracts
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within project controls in a design environment
- Experience managing projects in a DB/P3 environment and working within a JV
- Experience working with data analytics software and enterprise software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
