Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at 1 STOP AUTO REPAIR CENTER INC.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train customer service representatives to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
