Food Service Supervisor: Team Lead Role

Shanghai 360 is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food preparation and service team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality control, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
