Estimator - Automotive Collision Repair Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Airdrie Autobody, a leading collision repair center in Airdrie, Alberta. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine and evaluate vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs required
  • Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for OEM repairs
  • Inspect vehicles throughout the repair process to ensure quality control
  • Communicate with customers to set expectations and provide updates on repair progress
  • Comply with all corporate policies and procedures, legislative changes, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role
  • Experience with Mitchell and Audatex required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
