Automotive Collision Repair Estimator

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Repair Estimator to join our team at Airdrie Autobody, a part of AutoCanada Collision Centres. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the repair process
* Examine and evaluate vehicles to determine the extent of damage
* Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for OEM repairs
* Inspect vehicles for quality control to ensure repairs meet client, insurance, and OEM standards
* Communicate repair plans and updates to clients
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, proper repair procedures, and industry trends
* Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements**

* Minimum 2 years experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role
* Experience with Mitchell and Audatex required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
* Valid driver's license and safe driving history
