Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team at Airdrie Autobody, a leading provider of collision repair services in Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating damage to vehicles, estimating repair costs, and communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of damage
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for repairs, including structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage
  • Communicate with clients to explain repair options and costs, and to ensure their satisfaction with the repair process
  • Collaborate with our team of technicians to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices in collision repair

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a collision repair estimator role
  • Experience with Mitchell and Audatex estimating software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
