We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our Food and Beverage team at Richmond Country Club. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Job Summary:The Server role is a key position in our Food and Beverage department, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our members and guests. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

- Assist with event orders, setup, and service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of our menu offerings, including food and beverage options.
- Ensure standards for cleanliness and presentation are met for all set-ups and food and beverage service.
- Collaborate with the Events Director and Food and Beverage Director to ensure successful events and functions.
- 2-3 years of serving experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or F&B establishment.
- Knowledge of proper service etiquette and a strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy.
- Flexibility to meet work shift demands, including holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
