About the Team

Our team works closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure their goals are met within each project. We prioritize hiring Indigenous candidates to build teams that reflect the lived experiences of the communities we serve. We recognize that formal education and job experience are not the only measures of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with providing recommendations for mitigation measures, fish habitat compensation plans, and environmental effects monitoring programs
  • Acting as a field assistant for the execution of fish collections, fish habitat assessments, sediment sampling, and lower trophic sampling field programs
  • Completing basic data analysis and reporting related to fisheries and aquatic biology
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure our clients' goals are met within each project
