We are seeking an experienced Heat Insulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation in our kitchen cabinets to ensure they meet high thermal efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain insulation: Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and apply insulation materials to required shapes and dimensions.
- Secure insulation: Apply and secure insulation using various methods such as spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and others.
- Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers: Create and install removable insulation pads and covers to protect insulation from damage.
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment: Safely assemble, use, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment to access hard-to-reach areas.
Requirements:
- Insulator Trade Certification: Hold a valid Insulator Trade Certification to demonstrate expertise in insulation installation and maintenance.
- Physical capabilities: Possess physical stamina to work in challenging environments, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in insulation installation and maintenance.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. You must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
