We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at A-1 Management Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
