About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Aide to join our team at Memory & Company. As a Patient Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities, promoting physical and mental stimulation.
  • Perform a range of tasks related to patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as making beds and maintaining patient rooms.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines, promoting physical activity and mobility.
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Supply and empty bed pans, and serve meal trays and feed patients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to detail.
