Project Manager and Leader Job at Rubicon Path

Rubicon Path is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Leader to join our team. This role offers a challenging opportunity to work on large-scale projects, leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven solutions.

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in project management, leadership, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and are completed according to established timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Provide guidance and support to technical and business professionals in a matrix environment, enabling agile approaches and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Develop and Maintain Project Artifacts: Create, update, and manage project-related documents, such as project plans, schedules, and WBS.
  • Ensure Solution Delivery: Coordinate stakeholders, engage in requirements gathering, and ensure that solutions meet client needs while staying within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and consultation opportunities to establish requirements and design solutions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading large, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and optimizing project management methodologies, implementing solutions for large IT projects, and managing full-range project management artifacts and plans.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, change management, and managing 3rd-party vendors.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, development teams, and testing teams.
What We Offer

Rubicon Path offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
