Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
- Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, including cost estimates for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
