Job Summary

The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
