We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in directing work during shifts and assuming responsibility of the store while acting as the Manager on Duty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Direct Sales Floor Operations
    • Ensure excellent customer service, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
    • Manage and delegate tasks to Associates to drive productivity and achieve service and sales goals.
  • Manage Shipping and Receiving Operations
    • Supervise and direct shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise.
  • Lead by Example
    • Model excellent customer service and sales skills to Associates.
    • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Computer Skills
    • Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage sales, inventory, and customer data.
  • Availability
    • Must be available to work extended days, evenings, and weekends.
    • Will be required to work additional shifts during peak holiday season.
  • Flexible Work Schedule
