Marketing Technology Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Manager to join our dynamic team at Rogers Communications. This role will play a key part in driving our digital transformation journey by optimizing and accelerating our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of data into Marketing Cloud across various data sources and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and business rules alignment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging cross-channel content journeys, structured testing strategies, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Digital, IT, and Marketing, to understand marketing campaign objectives and create best-in-class experiences using Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage and maintain marketing programs within Marketing Cloud, ensuring successful configuration, implementation, and ongoing campaign workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience managing complex digital marketing projects, including working with Marketing technology platforms.
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B environments with a solid understanding of advanced sales cycles and demand gen processes.
  • Proven expertise in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Adobe (or equivalent marketing automation and analytics tools).
  • Familiarity with CMS systems and HTML, with excellent communication and project management skills.
