Occupational Therapist Opportunity

CarePartners is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in the community and in patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional assessment and coordination of patient care in the community and in patients' homes
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
  • Supervise and coach Community Support Workers in the field
  • Provide guidance on workplace health and safety
  • Collaborate with the Safety Health & Wellness team and Pandemic Response team
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
  • Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook, work scheduling systems
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • French language skills are an asset
