About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care that helps individuals stay independent and live healthier, fuller lives at home. You will have the flexibility and autonomy to design creative, personalized treatment plans that make a lasting impact on a diverse group of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
  • Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.
  • Support a restorative approach to health, offering interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.
  • Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.

Requirements
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
