Regulatory Operations Test Engineer Specialist

Job DescriptionThe Regulatory Operations Test Engineer ensures software and systems adhere to insurance industry standards through rigorous testing. Key responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, maintaining records, and collaborating with regulatory bodies.
Key Skills:- Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans specific to insurance regulations and execute them efficiently.
- Compliance Testing: Conduct thorough tests for data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial reporting to ensure compliance.
- Reporting and Maintenance: Prepare detailed reports on test results and compliance status, and maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Calibration: Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Training and Collaboration: Train team members on compliance and testing procedures, and collaborate with regulatory bodies as needed.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance regulations, particularly GISA, Facility Association, and GAA, with a deep understanding of policy lifecycle.
- Experience: Previous experience in regulatory reporting, business analysis, underwriting, or related fields within the insurance industry.
- Testing Techniques/Skills: Oracle e-Business Suite, web testing, regression testing, functional testing, automation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, IT, or related industry experience.
