Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team at SOUTH WEST BULK EXPRESS INC. This role involves coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, utilizing dispatching equipment to coordinate activities.
  • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, including mileage, fuel use, and repairs.
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a client-focused approach.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours
