We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Primetime Logistics Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Delivery Drivers
    • Direct and coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
    • Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and safety
  • Dispatch and Route Management
    • Plan and coordinate the most efficient routes for our delivery drivers
    • Monitor and adjust routes as needed to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays
  • Coordination and Scheduling
    • Coordinate with our customers to schedule deliveries and ensure that their needs are met
    • Schedule and manage the activities of our delivery drivers to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all drivers are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures
    • Monitor and report any incidents or near-misses to ensure that we can learn from them and prevent future occurrences
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our delivery drivers
  • Materials and Equipment Management
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations
    • Ensure that all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and in good working order
