Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Delivery Drivers
    • Direct and coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
    • Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and safety
  • Dispatch and Route Management
    • Plan and coordinate the most efficient routes for our delivery drivers

  • Operations Coordination
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation management
    • Permanent employment
    • English language proficiency
    • 32 hours per week
