Role Overview
Closing the Gap Healthcare seeks a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Scarborough. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes and within community settings.

About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families by facilitating their physical development and well-being. The successful Physiotherapist will have a current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing and knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice.

Key Responsibilities
The Physiotherapist will use a systematic approach to decision making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of the physiotherapy care plan, manage time and workload effectively, and ensure appropriate and secure documentation. The candidate must also be able to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment, have the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the position, and have a valid Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of principles of reflective practice, be able to speak French (an asset), and have Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process). A current Criminal Records Check is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with children and a passion for collaborating with a high-performing team committed to life-long learning.
