Role Overview

Closing the Gap Healthcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate Home and Community Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families by facilitating their physical development and well-being.

About the Position

This position is available for full-time or part-time employment in Scarborough, providing specialized physiotherapy care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes and within community settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy care to pediatric patients in home and community settings
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy care plans using a systematic approach
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team committed to life-long learning
Requirements
  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
Benefits
