Job Overview

March Networks Training is seeking an experienced Data Management Director to lead our IT team. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining our IT strategy, ensuring business value and driving efficiencies. They will also oversee all IT functions, drive changes to improve team efficiency, and manage project timelines and costs.

This leadership position requires at least 10 years of experience in IT, including new product development and senior-level technology planning. Expertise in implementing software solutions, IT infrastructure technologies, and cloud backup is essential. A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is required, with a Master's degree considered an asset.

Main Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy Development: Define, implement, and maintain our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • IT Function Oversight: Oversee all IT functions, including resource management, capital, and expense budgets.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, costs, and content associated with IT-related projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to IT functions, ensuring secure operation of company assets.
  • Cybersecurity Compliance: Align IT risk management, policies, and practices with industry standards, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC-2, ISO-27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in IT, including new product development and senior-level technology planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware virtualization, IaaS, cloud backup, and unified communications.
  • Expertise in implementing and managing software solutions in areas like ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and middleware.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience.
