Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at beBee Professionals in Coquitlam, Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations and manage a team of retail staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
