Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-Discovery Lead Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for leading eDiscovery activities, working collaboratively with internal teams, external counsel, and vendors to ensure successful case outcomes.

About the Role:

The EDiscovery Lead Specialist will oversee all aspects of eDiscovery, including identification, collection, preservation, and production of evidence. This individual will work closely with the Legal Department, technical teams, and management to assess and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring the integrity and forensic viability of evidence throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage extensive experience in eDiscovery, security, and project management to lead eDiscovery activities from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Legal Department, technical teams, and vendors, to ensure seamless case execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide technical guidance to stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for identifying, collecting, preserving, and producing evidence in support of administrative actions, compliance investigations, and legal prosecutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, security, or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical peers and business stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • A strong approach to critical thinking, data analytics, and problem-solving, combined with a creative and detailed orientation to job and team accountabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current and working knowledge of digital forensic principles, methodologies, and techniques, as well as information security best-practices and methodologies.
  • Experience working on all aspects of eDiscovery and Litigation Operations, including project management.
  • Certifications such as GISF, CISSP, or ACEDS are highly valued.

What We Offer:
